There are a few secret ingredients in here that make these hands down the best cookie dough bars you will ever try. Trust me. My taste buds have been around the protein cookie dough block a time or two, and I am quite confident in this recipe.

ONE Protein

It is the BEST RECIPE PROTEIN on the market, and it is just that. The whey/casein blend lends to the perfect texture that doesn't dry out or get too stick like normal whey protein does.

Oh yeah, and not to mention, the flavor is out of this world. Seriously. The vanilla ice cream is like a vanilla ice cream milkshake, and the chocolate brownie literally tastes like you are eating brownie batter.

So, now we get to the top chocolate peanut butter layer. Of course, it is optional but why leave out chocolate and peanut butter if you don't have to?

Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache

The final touch on top is the chocolate peanut butter ganache layer. It uses just a few ingredients, but is packed with protein and chocolate peanut butter flavor!

Just mix the peanut flour, protein powder, and milk/water until a creamy smooth mixture forms. Then add melted dark chocolate and mix again. Spread over top of the cookie dough bars, let chill, and then enjoy!

✅Recipe

Cookie Dough Bars

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 scoops (68g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, vanilla ice cream

1 cup (128g) peanut flour (PB Fit or PB2)

½ cup (60g) coconut flour

1 cup (240mL) sugar free maple syrup

¼ cup water*

⅓ cup sprinkles

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache

¼ cup (60g) dark chocolate chips, melted

¼ cup (56g) peanut flour (PB Fit or PB2)

1 scoop (34g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, chocolate brownie

½ cup milk or water

 

🍽Notes

*Depending on the protein powder you use, may or may not need the water. If it is too dry and crumbly, add a little water. Don’t add too much or it won’t be a thick cookie dough consistency. 

 

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Make sure they are completely rinsed. Add all ingredients except for sprinkles to a food processor or powerful blender. 
  2. Blend until completely smooth and a thick cookie dough is formed. Add sprinkles and pulse a few times until incorporated. 
  3. Line a 5x9 baking dish or pan with parchment. Push cookie dough into the dish and spread evenly. 
  4. For the chocolate peanut butter ganache, melt chocolate chips in the microwave. In a separate bowl mix peanut flour, protein powder and milk/water. 
  5. Mix melted chocolate chips and peanut flour/protein powder mixture. Stir until smooth. Spread over top of the cookie dough. 
  6. Place in the fridge for a few hours to chill, then cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
