✅ Cake
1 package (209g) chocolate chip muffin mix
¼ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop (34g) ONE Protein, chocolate brownie
1 cup (230g) plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup milk or water

✅Frosting
1 scoop (34g) ONE Protein, chocolate brownie
½ cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup (50g) confectioners erythritol sweetener (I used Swerve)
Water until a frosting consistency (about ½ cup total)

📝Notes
ONE Protein is a whey + casein blend. Must use a whey / casein blend protein in this recipe!

✅Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix. Add Greek yogurt and water (or milk). Gently mix until a smooth batter forms.
3. Pour into a 5x9 loaf pan. I used a silicone loaf dish. If baking in a glass dish it will need slightly longer to cook.
4. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Let completely cool before adding frosting and cutting.
5. For the frosting, add cocoa powder, powdered sweetener and protein powder. Add a little bit of water at a time while mixing until you get a smooth, thick frosting. About ½ cup water total.
6. Spread frosting over the cooled cake and cut into 8 bars. Enjoy!
