Who doesn't love a good PB&J sandwich? It is a classic that you really can't ever go wrong with. Well, we have made it even better with this Protein PB&J. Yep, you heard that right. Just as chocolate and strawberry goes together, so does strawberry jam and protein chocolate peanut butter spread.

How did you add protein to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich you ask? Well, protein peanut butter of course. On this one we have a protein chocolate peanut butter spread using ONE Protein Chocolate Brownie.

Chocolate ONE Protein + Peanut Flour = pure bliss

If you like nutella, you will absolutely love this! And, the macros on it are amazing. No more of that 200 calories per 2 tbsp stuff.

Only 60 calories and 1.5g fat per serving

This protein chocolate peanut butter spread comes out to just 60 calories per 2 tbsp and a whopping 8g of protein in each serving. That's right, less than 1/3 of the calories of regular peanut butter and about 1/8 the fat of regular peanut butter.

Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread

✅ Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (34g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, Chocolate Brownie flavor (10% off with "NEWYEAR" when you order 2)

  • 3/4 cup (100g) peanut flour (PB Fit or PB2)

  • 2 tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • pinch salt

  • 3/4 cup (180mL) unsweetened almond milk (or water)

  • Stevia / sweetener to taste

✅ Notes

*To make a regular peanut butter use ONE Protein vanilla ice cream, and sub out the cocoa powder for an equal amount of extra peanut flour. 

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for milk/water together in a large bowl. 
  2. Add milk slowly as you stir. Keep mixing until all of the liquid is added. Continue to mix until smooth, creamy peanut butter consistency is formed. 
  3. Place in a airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks. 

💡Yield: 10 servings (32g / 2 tbsp each)
